CRM Manager

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and launching CRM campaigns across all communication channels (email, SMS, web push, WhatsApp, Telegram, pop-ups);
  • Preparing and segmenting audiences based on specified criteria (deposits, activity, devices, etc.);
  • Testing campaigns and verifying content accuracy before launch;
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign results, preparing reports;
  • Tracking errors and participating in their resolution;
  • Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and support teams to coordinate content;
  • Suggesting improvements for CRM campaigns and communication processes;
  • Maintaining the structure and cleanliness of CRM segments and campaigns in the system.

 

Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in CRM marketing (preferably in iGaming, entertainment, or betting);
  • Experience with multichannel communications: email, SMS, web push, WhatsApp, Telegram, pop-ups;
  • Understanding of segmentation, filtering, and trigger campaign setup;
  • Knowledge of key CRM metrics: CTR, OR, RR, DAU/MAU, conversions, LTV;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong communication skills: ability to work with designers, copywriters, and support teams;
  • Russian language proficiency and familiarity with the CIS market specifics (preferred).
