We are looking for an experienced Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join the internal system development for a technology-driven marketing and customer acquisition company.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in backend development with .NET Core.
- Frontend development skills using React.js.
- Solid experience with MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with Redis.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
- Ability to work across the stack with an approximate 70% backend / 30% frontend workload distribution.
Lead Engineer leadership responsibilities (25% leadership responsibilities and 75% development responsibilities):
- Setting Technical Vision: Define the architectural direction and technical roadmap for the team’s projects. Ensure the chosen technologies and design patterns are appropriate, scalable, and maintainable. Align technical vision with the client EM
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes. Act as the primary reviewer for complex or critical components. Facilitate complex or critical components review with the client EM.
- Facilitating Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with external stakeholders (e.g., product, QA, other engineering teams). Consult team members on efficient communication mechanisms and encourage P2P communication between engineers. Keep rolling meeting notes/decisions log from daily statuses.
- Task Delegation & Project Planning: Work with the Product Manager to break down stories into manageable, well-defined tasks. Distribute work based on team members’ skills and growth goals.
- Proactively solve external dependencies such as required infrastructure changes, CI/CD etc.
Overlap time requirements: till 11 AM PST
