Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: jointly define job openings, role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and prioritize hiring based on business needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (end-to-end hiring) for roles of various levels — from junior specialists to top management.
- Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies tailored to each role and market specifics.
- Conduct interviews using modern assessment methodologies (structured, competency-based, culture fit, etc.).
- Identify gaps in the hiring process together with hiring managers, initiate and implement improvements to optimize workflows.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience: support candidates at every stage of the recruitment process and contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand.
- Track key recruitment metrics and generate analytics to support data-driven decisions.
- Monitor recruitment trends and implement growth hacking solutions to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing to offer and hiring.
- Experience working in an IT environment and understanding the specifics of recruiting tech specialists.
- Strong understanding of the labor market and current trends in recruitment and HR.
- Knowledge of key recruitment metrics and ability to use analytics to support decision-making.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of the hiring process and continuously improve it.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team and hiring managers.
- English level — Fluent.
- Ability to work in a smart-hybrid format and occasionally visit the office in Kyiv/Warsaw.
