Corporate Counsel

We’re looking for a Corporate Counsel to support banking, payments, and contracting operations across our international iGaming business. The role focuses on practical, hands-on legal work — fast, accurate, and business-oriented.

What you’ll do

• Handle account openings in foreign jurisdictions (EU, Cyprus, etc.) and communicate directly with financial institutions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate EMI contracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and partnership agreements.
• Support licensing processes, with a mandatory focus on the Curacao gaming license (and other jurisdictions as needed).
• Prepare and manage KYC/KYB & compliance documentation for banks, EMIs, and payment institutions.
• Coordinate with financial and compliance teams on Source of Funds / Source of Wealth verification and ongoing monitoring.
• Maintain contract registers, corporate documentation, and support corporate governance needs.
• Liaise with external legal advisors, registrars, and service providers on daily operational matters.
• Monitor and support IP rights enforcement and content protection across digital platforms.
• Research relevant contract, compliance, and IT/IP law topics (EU) and prepare concise internal memos.
• Use AI tools for legal drafting and automation (in line with confidentiality standards).

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of in-house legal experience in iGaming.
• Proven experience with Curacao gaming license and operational legal work in high-risk industries.
• Solid understanding of EMI contracts and practical interaction with banks, EMIs, and PSPs.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance processes.
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail, structured mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace / MS Office / Jira / CRM.
