QA Intern

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Participate in testing mobile applications (Android/iOS) and IoT devices (GPS tracker).
• Perform functional, UI/UX, integration, and regression testing across multiple platforms.
• Verify data flow between mobile app, backend, and device (Bluetooth / Wi-Fi / GSM / GPS).
• Write and execute test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Report and reproduce bugs clearly using Jira or similar issue tracking tools.
• Assist in maintaining test documentation (checklists, test runs, bug reports).
• Communicate with developers and QA team to clarify requirements and testing results.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of QA fundamentals, SDLC/STLC, and testing types.
• Knowledge of mobile application testing principles (UI, navigation, permissions, connectivity).
• Understanding of client-server architecture and API testing (Postman or similar tools).
• Basic skills in test documentation (test cases, bug reports, checklists).
• Ability to analyse logs, screenshots, or device output to identify issues.
• English level — intermediate+ (documentation, bug reporting).
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn automation in the future.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Bluetooth, network connectivity, or sensor-based devices.
• Experience with or interest in hardware/software integration testing.
• Basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or Java).
• Understanding of Git and version control basics.
• Experience working with Android Debug Bridge (ADB), Xcode, or Charles/Fiddler.
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts or cloud-based testing tools.
• Familiarity with IoT protocols or embedded system testing.
• Completion of QA-related courses or ISTQB Foundation certification.
