Automation QA Engineer (Python)

White Test Lab is looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the quality process for an ongoing project in the banking domain.
You’ll work independently on building and maintaining automated test frameworks using Python, Playwright, and Robot Framework, ensuring the stability and reliability of complex systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in test automation.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with Playwright and/or Robot Framework.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps).
• Working knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with banking or financial systems.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher for communication with the international team.
   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take full ownership of the QA process, from test strategy to release validation.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, Playwright, and Robot Framework.
• Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable execution.
• Define and maintain testing standards, priorities, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate directly with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve delivery flow.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of defects and drive process improvements.

• Maintain transparent and up-to-date test documentation.
