Product Data Analyst for B2C Digital Products (in Europe)

As part of the digital&data factory, their goal is to contribute to the innovation within the group by creating data-driven solutions through AI projects to assist our restaurants and facility management activities in anticipating the demand, and therefore decrease the waste, or to improve the allocation of staff on the sites.

The performance of the Digital&AI services is based on a real technical expertise in AI, software engineering, data engineering, machine learning engineering, and site reliability engineering. The team aims at ensuring an end-to-end product vision from the delivery of a software solution to its run in the production environment.

As a Product Data Analyst, you will be working closely with Product Managers to validate feature prioritization and measure success post-deployment, utilizing product data analytics tools and helping to drive the product forward.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate Closely with Product Managers: Work side by side with product leads to define clear success metrics, build measurement frameworks, and translate business goals into data insights.
  • Monitor Product Feature Performance: Build dashboards and run post-release analyses to understand the impact of new features on user engagement, conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Drive Experimentation & Learning: Design and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments. Guide the team on hypothesis generation, tracking strategy, and decision-making based on statistical results.
  • Promote a Culture of Data-Informed Decision-Making: Enable product managers and other stakeholders to self-serve data through tools, education, and documentation.
  • Support Global & Local Market Insights: Analyze regional usage patterns to highlight adoption gaps or opportunities. Ensure product teams understand what’s working, where, and why (or why not).

     

Requirements:

 

  • 6+ years in a product, data, or business analytics role, ideally in a B2C digital or marketplace environment.
  • Experience supporting product teams in measuring features and driving iterative development is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with experimentation tools and statistical methods (e.g., A/B testing, regression analysis).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Piano).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment spanning multiple regions and time zones.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Location in Europe and readiness for eventual business trips.
