Key Art Graphic Designer $$$$ Offline

We are looking for a Senior Key Art & Graphic Designer to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Create standout key visuals for 360 campaigns, digital ads, OOH, social, and brand communication.
• Build assets through a hybrid workflow: AI-generation → Photoshop retouch → final production-ready visual.
• Develop trend-driven visual concepts with clear storytelling and strong aesthetic logic.
• Polish and enhance visuals to premium quality through advanced retouch and compositing.
• Collaborate with motion, UI/UX, and marketing teams to maintain a unified creative language.
• Use basic 3D capabilities (if applicable) to tweak or set up simple scenes for stronger visual presentation and more realistic compositions.
• Elevate the overall visual level of the team with fresh ideas and consistent high craft.

Essential professional experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic or Visual Designer.
  • Strong portfolio with modern, expressive, high-impact visuals.
  • Expert-level Photoshop: retouch, compositing, lighting, color, texture.
  • Confident use of AI tools (Krea / Midjourney / Stable Diffusion or similar).
  • Ability to turn AI drafts into refined, production-ready graphics.
  • Strong sense of visual trends, composition, typography, and art direction.
  • Ability to work independently, move fast, and deliver top-quality visuals.
  • Bonus: solid 3D understanding (non-motion) — the ability to adjust or create simple 3D scenes to boost realism and presentation quality.
