Senior Business Analyst

We are happy to announce an opening Senior Business Analyst vacancy. We are looking for a good specialist who constantly develops their skills, monitors the quality of their work, and has a strong attention to detail.

The Project:

Global leader in sports, music, travel, culture, and more. It creates and delivers extraordinary experiences by providing official access and premium hospitality at marquee global sporting events, global music tours, etc.

Your responsibilities:

• Work directly with the customers on the project to identify their business needs and define a clear solution vision
• Handle communication with stakeholders to clarify product priorities and requirements
• Work closely with the project team to clearly explain and groom requirements
• Prepare project documentation using different techniques and formats
• Take part in releases planning and manage its progress and changes
• Take part in project roadmap planning and manage its progress and changes

• Manage and support requirements during all stages of the project

   

Requirements:

• 4+ years of work experience as business analysis or product management
• English — Upper-Intermediate (the clients are English-speaking only)
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Advanced technical skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Knowledge of Agile/non-Agile methodologies and SDLC
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, experience facilitating meetings, setting expectations
• Works well independently with a minimum of supervision

• Strong experience in using different BA techniques and tools for eliciting and documenting requirements
