We’re scaling fast and expanding our presence across Ukraine and Eastern Europe, and we’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and ambitious Regional Marketing Manager to lead that growth. 🚀
💼 About the Role
This is a strategic marketing role — not about running ads or managing social posts, but about owning the regional go-to-market strategy and driving measurable business results.
You’ll lead our marketing initiatives and fuel our expansion in the competitive Ukrainian market, with a secondary focus on Eastern European countries (Moldova and the Balkans). This role will be pivotal, owning and driving all results in Ukraine and playing a critical role in the team’s expansion in these regions.
Working closely with Sales and GTM leadership, you’ll design regional campaigns, lead ABM initiatives, and turn insights into real pipeline growth.

🎯 What You’ll Do
Lead market research and analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
Develop and execute an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategy to attract and engage high-value enterprise accounts.
Design and lead marketing strategies aligned with business goals — focusing on awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth.
Collaborate closely with the GTM Director and Sales team to ensure full alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue priorities.
Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, partners, and industry influencers to strengthen PeopleForce’s brand position.
Oversee high-impact campaigns and ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.
Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate ROI, optimize spend, and guide future initiatives.
Mentor and collaborate with the Marketing Specialist, ensuring seamless execution of key programs.
Manage the regional marketing budget, allocating resources to initiatives with the highest ROI.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in strategic or ABM-focused roles.
Strong understanding of the Ukrainian HR / SaaS / B2B landscape.
Proven ability to design and execute data-driven marketing strategies that translate into measurable business outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with Sales and driving joint pipeline success.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Creative, structured mindset — able to connect market insights to business goals.
Results-driven approach with clear focus on ROI and impact.
Fluency in Ukrainian (verbal and written) — required.
Upper-Intermediate English (verbal and written) — required.
Nice to have:
Experience in HR Tech or complex B2B product marketing will be a significant plus.
