Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring;
– English B2 and above;
– Experience with Executive Search and C-level roles;
– Experience working in product companies - Fintech or WEB3;
– Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to attract candidates through various channels;
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities;
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
– Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools;
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume roles, with a focus on customer support positions;
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking;
– Conduct initial screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role;
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers;
– Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information;
– Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements;
– Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings;
– Provide timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
