Marketing Manager (Brand Marketer)

We are a B2B Cybersecurity SaaS company seeking a Brand Marketer to help expand brand visibility, strengthen recognition across channels, and ensure our story reaches the right audiences.

This role blends strategy with hands-on execution and requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own brand search performance β€” track, analyze, and report on brand-related search traffic and awareness metrics to the Marketing Director.
  • Distribute content to media β€” write and publish company news, press releases, and thought leadership pieces through newswire platforms and direct journalist outreach.
  • Manage brand-focused PPC campaigns β€” plan, launch, and optimize paid search and display campaigns aimed at driving awareness and branded search volume.
  • Coordinate visibility initiatives β€” support and organize events and media opportunities for leadership and sales teams, including podcast appearances and production, guest interviews, PR features, and newsletter sponsorships or placements.

     

Hard Skill Requirements:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B, tech, or cybersecurity sectors).
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns or projects that grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Experience in any of the following areas will make you a stronger candidate:
    • Brand or performance marketing
    • Media relations or PR distribution
    • PPC advertising (Google, LinkedIn, or Meta)
    • Event coordination or podcast production
    • Writing blog articles
    • Startup or fast-paced environment with frequent pivots
  • English - Upper Intermediate

     

Soft Skill Requirements:

  • Proactive mindset β€” you don’t wait for tasks; you identify opportunities and suggest actions that help reach brand awareness goals.
  • Independent work style β€” you aim to solve challenges on your own first and reach out to the team lead only after spending up to two focused hours on the task.
  • Positive communication β€” you assume positive intent in every message and make sure your own feedback reflects the same.
  • Constructive conflict handling β€” you can back your opinions with clear arguments and are equally open to changing your stance when presented with better reasoning.
  • Flexible communication β€” comfortable using any format (written messages, Looms, or video calls). For calls, you check and book available calendar slots first.
