Business Development Manager (KOL BD)
Bitunix is expanding across the CIS region and building a team of professional Business Development Managers who will play a key role in driving user growth and becoming essential partners in the company’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Drive user growth and expand Bitunix’s presence in the CIS market through strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations.
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and relevant partners to accelerate business expansion.
- Manage and strengthen existing partnerships and user communities.
- Collaborate with potential investors and organizations to explore new business opportunities and promote the Bitunix brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, focusing on partnerships, influencer/KOL management, or user acquisition.
- Deep understanding of the CIS crypto market and its key players.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding growth and partnership goals.
- Strong passion for the crypto and blockchain industry.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-focused professional able to work independently.
- Fluent English & Russian (B2 level and higher)
Required Skills
- Experience in Business Development preferably in top exchanges
- Partnership and influencer/KOL management.
- User acquisition strategies.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of the CIS crypto market.
- Strong networking abilities.
