Senior Game Portfolio Manager
We are looking for a Game Portfolio Manager with a strong understanding of iGaming content, market trends, and player behavior. This role bridges product, analytics, and marketing – you’ll shape the strategy behind our game lineup, ensuring we offer the most engaging, high-performing titles across different markets and GEOs.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze slot market trends, player behavior, and competitor games.
- Select and evaluate game concepts for portfolio integration or internal development.
- Define product requirements (mechanics, bonuses, visuals, UX) and oversee lifecycle.
- Build strategy to maximize game performance across GEOs.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to drive engagement and ROI.
- Track KPIs (engagement, retention, conversion, GGR) and generate reports for management.
Requirements:
- Experience in iGaming (Product, Game, or Marketing Manager roles).
- Deep understanding of gaming mechanics: slots, crash, instant, dice, live.
- Knowledge of key metrics: RTP, GGR, NGR, LTV, retention, conversion.
- Understanding of market trends across Europe, Latam, Asia, and Africa.
- Experience with analytical tools (Power BI, Excel, Tableau, etc.).
- Strategic mindset with commercial intuition – ROI and business impact awareness.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing market.
