Sales Development Representative to $1500
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to work with our Target Account List (TAL), identify and qualify the most relevant leads, and generate interest in our services through tailored outreach via channels like email and LinkedIn. In this role, your ability to research prospects, craft personalized messages, and convert cold and warm leads into scheduled calls will be key to driving results.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with a Target Account List (TAL) of potential clients, identifying and qualifying the most relevant leads and contact points based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Manually research and verify lead information to ensure accurate targeting.
- Initiate contact with prospects through personalized outbound manual communication (email, LinkedIn, etc.) aimed at sparking interest in our services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to build trust, uncover their needs, and position our solutions effectively.
- Schedule initial discovery or introduction calls with qualified prospects.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture relationships and move through the sales funnel from cold to warm leads, leading to scheduled calls.
- Manage and update the CRM system (HubSpot) to accurately track outreach activities, interactions, and sales progress.
- Develop and refine outreach strategies using market insights, industry trends, and prospect data.
- Continuously test and optimize messaging and approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 1+ year in SDR/outreach roles at outsourcing or outstaffing companies.
- Speaks English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gmail, and LinkedIn
- Experience in working with USA/Europe-based clients.
- Proven ability to convert cold and warm leads into scheduled calls through effective messaging.
- Creative thinker β you can personalize messages based on a leadβs company, activity, or updates.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
