Senior Sales Manager / Head of Sales (Web3 and AI domains) $$$ Offline

Techchain Solutions, a Web3 & AI software development studio, is hiring a Senior Sales Manager (Builder Type).

We create high-end blockchain and AI solutions for clients across Europe, USA and Dubai. Our mission is to help founders and businesses transform ideas into scalable tech products.

We’re looking for someone who can build the sales process from zero, not just close deals, but design the full client acquisition machine.

Responsibilities:

• Define our ICP and build the first predictable pipeline
   
• Create inbound system (content + website + lead magnets)
   
• Develop affiliate/partner network in Web3 & AI markets
   
• Manage 1–2 SDRs / lead generators
   
• Bring first new clients within 1 month
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years in B2B sales (preferably in tech, Web3, or AI)
   
• Proven experience building a sales funnel or department from scratch
   
• Understanding of software dev cycle & product types (MVP, dApp, AI app, etc.)
  
   

Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. 

Strong communication and an ownership mindset
 

Compensation

• Fixed part-time monthly base. The compensation amount is subject to negotiation and will depend on the final scope of responsibilities agreed upon by both parties.
• A performance-based commission ranging from 5% to 20% of the gross margin on closed deals.
