π― Role Mission
Weβre looking for an independent, results-driven Affiliate Manager who brings a proven system, strong existing network, and hands-on experience with Tier 1 markets. This is a fully autonomous role reporting directly to the CEO.
π Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-performing affiliate program from scratch.
- Identify, recruit, and manage partners (affiliate networks, SEO publishers, review sites, media-buying teams).
- Negotiate CPA/CPL/RevShare deals and maintain strong control over ROI and profitability.
- Evaluate and monitor traffic quality and performance (Power BI, OAC analytics, ROI, payback metrics).
- Detect and prevent fraudulent traffic; ensure all agreements are met.
- Analyze drops in OAC, conversion rates, or profitability, and take corrective actions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 partners, especially across Canada and the US.
- Represent the company at affiliate conferences and expand your professional network.
π§ Requirements
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in Sweepstakes or Casino verticals (mandatory).
- Solid track record working with and understanding the Tier 1 market (mandatory).
- Strong analytical mindset β able to assess traffic quality and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with Power BI or similar analytical tools.
- Experience with SEO traffic, review sites, affiliate networks, and unconventional traffic sources.
- English: C1 level or higher β capable of negotiating and handling business correspondence confidently.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills β persuasive, strategic, and result-oriented.
- Existing network of affiliate contacts β a strong advantage.
