BI Data Analyst

We are looking for a passionate BI Data Analyst to join us and make our products greater!

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the in-house Business Intelligence software.
• Build and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide users with access to key metrics and performance indicators.
• Support and improve the revenue/LTV predictions for subscription-based monetization (mobile and web).
• Collaborate with UA/Marketing team to understand business needs, provide data-driven insights and intelligence solutions to optimize traffic acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of commercial experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with Tableau, PostgreSQL, and Airflow.
• Experience working in B2C product companies with hands-on experience with subscription-based monetization in web and mobile products.
• Solid understanding of unit economics, its key metrics, and the interplay between monetization and user acquisition.
• Goal-oriented mindset with responsibility for results, ability to see and take a business context, and to align solutions with business needs, structured critical thinking with a strong focus on problem solving and keen attention to detail.
• Great teamplay and communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, abilities to prompt colleagues and support them, to be self-driven and to make decisions autonomously but to know exactly when to ask for help.
