Recruiter/HR (Product UX/UI Design Agency)
We’re looking for a proactive and business-minded Recruiter / HR to help us grow our UX/UI product design team.
Your main focus will be sourcing and hiring Product Designers (UX/UI professionals working with SaaS, Web and Mobile apps) and taking ownership of the full recruitment process — from strategy to execution.
Beyond recruitment, you’ll also take ownership of building and improving our internal HR processes — from onboarding to team culture and retention — ensuring they remain organized, transparent, and effective.
What you’ll do:
- Source and attract strong candidates for Product Design roles (and occasionally Marketing, Sales, or Operations).
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Take initiative in improving and documenting hiring and HR processes to make them scalable.
- Help structure and optimize our recruitment process, including setting up tracking and tools for better efficiency.
- Support onboarding and communication with new team members.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to align hiring priorities with business goals.
What we expect:
- 1–2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in IT, digital or creative industries.
- Experience hiring designers, marketers, or other digital professionals.
- Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
- Proactive, self-driven, and business-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously — setting priorities, initiating actions, and following through.
We offer:
- Flexible remote collaboration (part-time or full-time).
- Opportunity to build and structure the recruitment process from the ground up, with freedom to suggest and implement new tools and systems.
- Autonomy, trust, and a direct impact on the team’s growth and culture.
- A chance to build and shape HR processes in a growing design agency.
