DevBrother Top Employer Responds Quickly

About the Project: We are building a sophisticated online system for booking participation in exhibitions and festivals across the United States. This is a complex platform with intricate logic, multiple third-party integrations (including payments and logistics), and a diverse user base (ranging from festival organizers to exhibitors).

This product helps organizers transition traditional events into a modern digital format. Key features include:

  • Digital Ticketing: Online ticket sales, entry management (gate scanning), and reserved seating and camping bookings.
  • Marketing: Event website creation, social media ad campaigns, and email newsletters to attract new audiences (especially younger demographics).
  • Operations Management: Managing vendors, sponsors, and contracts within a unified system.
  • Analytics: Real-time data collection and reporting.

⚠️ THE CULTURE (Read before applying): We are a high-growth US startup. We move fast, we break things, and we fix them even faster. We don't need "pixel-perfect" art that takes weeks to polish; we need smart, functional, and scalable design delivered at the speed of business.

  • This is not a 9-to-5 job. If you treat work as something that strictly ends at 6:00 PM, or if you ignore Slack on weekends when the product needs you, do not apply.
  • Ownership: You are the sole guardian of the User Experience. If a developer implements your design poorly and you don't catch it, that’s on you.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience designing complex web applications, SaaS, or CRM systems (Landing pages and e-commerce sites are not enough).
  • Business-First Mindset: You design to solve problems, not just to make things look good. You understand that "done" is better than "perfect."
  • Speed & Tools: Mastery of Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping). You work fast.
  • US Startup Availability: Comfortable with late calls and staying responsive in Slack during critical releases (including weekends if necessary).
  • Design QA: You are ready to audit the developed product and nag developers until the implementation matches the design.
  • Communication: Upper-Intermediate English. You must be able to explain your decision to the founders clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Design: Take vague requirements from management and turn them into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs.
  • Complex Logic Visualization: Make difficult booking processes and data tables feel simple and intuitive for the user.
  • Mobile Adaptation: Ensure the platform works flawlessly on mobile devices (critical for festival usage).
  • Iterate Fast: Be ready to change your design completely based on user feedback or business pivots.

We Offer:

  • High Reward for High Performance: We are seeking a core team member who wants to own a piece of the future success.
  • Direct Impact: No middle management. Your designs go straight to production and real users.
  • A professional and friendly team that supports each other in the trenches.
  • Medical Insurance in Ukraine and Multisport program in Poland.
  • Offices in Ukraine and Poland (Wroclaw) or Remote.
  • Paid vacation, sick leaves, and official holidays.
  • Legal & Accounting services.
  • All necessary equipment.
  • English classes and Education reimbursement.
  • Advanced Bonus System.
