QC Coordinator
Softsich is a young and ambitious product tech company. Weβre looking for a QC Coordinator β someone passionate about quality, teamwork, and process improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
β Perform end-to-end testing of newly created bonuses, campaigns, and communication flows (email, SMS, push) before release.
β Verify correct configuration of bonuses and campaigns across multiple platforms and environments.
β Identify, document, and report bugs or inconsistencies in setup, design, or user experience.
β Validate communication triggers, targeting rules, bonus activation logic, and reward payouts.
β Collaborate closely with CRM teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
β Maintain detailed test cases, checklists, and results documentation.
β Provide improvement suggestions for campaign flows and bonus usability based on testing findings.
β Monitor live campaigns after launch to detect potential issues in real time.

β Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
β Basic understanding of CRM systems, campaign logic, or bonus mechanics.
β Proficiency in documenting and communicating issues clearly.
β Responsible, organized, and reliable work approach.
β Good English communication skills (Π1+).
β Curiosity and willingness to learn internal systems and testing tools.
