Requirements

Core Product Management Foundation (Essential):
β€” Proven experience in a Product Manager role with a clear track record of launching and managing successful products.
β€” Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and communicating product roadmaps.
β€” Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and iteration.
β€” Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and using data to make informed decisions.
β€” Proven ability to define and track business and product KPIs.

Technical & Analytical Skills (Additionally Required):
β€” The ability to understand technical concepts, including APIs, system architecture, and integrations, to effectively engage with engineering teams.
β€” Experience in the FinTech, payments, or crypto domain is a major advantage.
β€” Proficiency in defining clear requirements, epics, and user stories.
β€” Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities: Product Vision & Strategy
β€” Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap. Ensure it is aligned with company goals and informed by market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
β€” Feature Definition & Prioritization: Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user impact, and strategic importance. Make data-driven trade-off decisions to ensure the team is always working on the most valuable initiatives.
β€” Business Case & KPI Ownership: Develop business cases for new features and initiatives. Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product performance and validate that features are delivering the intended value.
β€” Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Act as the primary voice of the customer and the business. Align senior leadership, marketing, sales, finance, and legal stakeholders around the product strategy and roadmap, effectively communicating the β€œwhy” behind your decisions.
β€” Full Lifecycle Management: Own features end-to-end, from initial conception and discovery through launch, post-launch analysis, iteration, and eventual end-of-life.

Expanded Responsibilities: Collaboration with Delivery & Analysis
β€” Collaboration with Business Analysis: Partner closely with Business Analysts (Delivery Managers) to translate your high-level strategic needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and clear specifications. You provide the strategic context; they ensure the detailed requirements are captured flawlessly and ensure the team’s execution plan aligns with the product roadmap and priorities. You provide clarity on priorities to unblock the delivery team and ensure timelines are realistic and understood.
β€” Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring the entire organization is ready to bring your product to market.
