We are an agency that assists clients in developing their MVPs and evolving them into complete, production-ready products.

We’re looking for a cross-functional Business Analyst — someone who combines analytical thinking with strong organisational and coordination skills, and who can confidently cover light QA and PM responsibilities.

Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of commercial working experience;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English level: Pre-Intermediate+.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
• Create and maintain backlog items (user stories, tasks, improvements)
• Work in Jira: create epics, tasks, and maintain backlog structure
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming sessions, and demos
• Prepare additional documentation as needed (wireframes, diagrams, presentations)
• Support the development team in the project implementation process, ensuring that the developed solutions meet business requirements.
• Conduct acceptance, regression and smoke testing
