Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to help keep projects organized, on time, and clearly communicated. In this role, you’ll support the delivery process: track timelines and priorities, make sure tasks don’t get lost, and ensure both the client and the internal team know exactly what’s happening next.

This position is a good fit if you’re structured, calm under pressure, and enjoy keeping people aligned.

 

Responsibilities

— Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks are moving according to plan.
— Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and blockers.
— Support communication between the client and the development team (calls, Slack, email, etc.).
— Document decisions, next steps, and responsibilities after each call/meeting.
— Prepare short weekly or biweekly status reports (progress, deadlines, priorities).
— Escalate issues early to the CTO if delivery is at risk.
— Keep internal tools (task trackers / CRM / notes) clean and up to date.

 

Requirements

— 1+ year of experience in project coordination, delivery support, client success, or a similar role (preferably in IT).
— Basic understanding of how software teams work (sprints, backlog, releases, change requests).
— Strong communication and organization skills.
— English: Upper-Intermediate or higher — spoken and written.
— Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of follow-ups and deadlines.
— Ability to work across multiple projects at the same time.
