Investment Analyst

Our partner — an independent private equity firm with 30+ years of investment experience in Ukraine and the Black Sea region — is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in Kyiv.

The company mobilizes private and public capital to strengthen Ukraine’s economy, with over €400M invested across 30+ projects. During the war, they launched a €150M fund Food4Impact to support Ukrainian agribusinesses — one of the largest private initiatives backed by the European Commission.

If you want your analytical talent to make a tangible impact — this role offers both professional growth and contribution to Ukraine’s reconstruction.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the investment cycle — from research and financial modelling to due diligence and deal execution.
  • Build financial models and perform valuations (DCF, comparables, etc.) for potential investments.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven investment materials for decision-makers and the Investment Committee.
  • Collaborate with senior investors, advisors, and portfolio companies during the transaction process.

What kind of partner we’re looking for

You’re curious by nature, analytical by heart, and confident with numbers — but also see the story behind them.

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow into an investor role, not just analyse deals.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in investment banking, private equity, Big4 (corporate finance, valuation, or due diligence), or management consulting.
  • A solid financial background — Finance, Economics, Business, or a related degree.
  • A sharp analytical mindset and advanced Excel / financial modelling skills.
  • Strong communication in Ukrainian and English.
  • Initiative, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.

What you’ll get

  • Competitive compensation — market-level salary + annual performance bonus.
  • Hybrid format — flexibility to combine remote work with time in the central Kyiv office.
  • Professional growth — work side by side with one of the strongest PE teams in the region.
  • Meaningful impact — contribute to rebuilding and modernizing Ukrainian businesses.
  • Continuous learning — access to knowledge, mentorship, and development opportunities.
