Lead Generation Specialist
YELK is a web development outsourcing agency that provides scalable digital solutions for SMEs and enterprise clients across the EU and the USA. We specialize in delivering custom web development, design, and AI integration services.
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will work primarily with LinkedIn and Email channels. As a lead generator, you’ll help us generate qualified sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Build a leads database through various channels like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and custom prospecting methods.
- Conduct preliminary conversations to qualify leads and book meetings.
- Regularly update CRM and internal reporting systems.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT lead generation.
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English level (fluent verbal & written communication).
- Experience with LinkedIn email generation and campaign tools (such as Instantly, Smartlead, or similar), LinkedIn automation tools (such as Lemlist, HeyReach, Phantom Buster), and enrichment platforms (such as FullEnrich or similar).
- Experience in scraping data from various sources, building lead lists, enriching them, and validating emails using automation tools.
- Experience with HubSpot and Surfe (or similar LinkedIn connection tools).
- Deep understanding of lead qualification processes and reply management.
- Basic understanding of SDLC, web development principles, frameworks, and popular CMS.
High proficiency with Google Sheets, including filtering, combining lead databases, using formulas, and preparing .CSV files.
Would be a plus:
- Understanding of social selling principles on LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with frameworks and philosophy for creating LinkedIn sequences that convert.
- Experience in UpWork lead generation.
