Senior Expo Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Event Manager with strong experience in event planning, conferences, and branded merchandise within the iGaming. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in event management;
• 1+ year of experience in iGaming sphere;
• Proven track record of managing large-scale international events and conference participation;
• Experience with branded merchandise production and logistics;
• Strong project management and negotiation skills;
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities;
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of industry conferences, expos, corporate events, and networking activations;
• Develop and manage the annual event strategy and calendar, aligned with marketing and brand objectives;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact event experiences;
• Manage event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency;
• Oversee the production and distribution of event and corporate merchandise (merch) to maximize brand visibility;
• Analyze post-event performance and ROI, providing actionable insights for future improvements;
• Stay up to date on iGaming industry trends, major expos, and sponsorship opportunities.
