BIM modeler (Revit, VDC)

New Vision Agency is a Ukrainian-American outsourcing company and resident of Diia.City, specializing in BIM/VDC modeling for construction projects in the USA. 

We work with architectural, structural and engineering departments and create accurate, structured models for international clients. Among our customers are Swinerton, BNBuilders, Dusty Robotics and other industry leaders.

We currently have an offer for Architects/Engineers to join our team of BIM/VDC specialists!

Requirements:

- proficient in Autodesk Revit
- architectural or engineering education (students with practical work experience are also considered)
- understanding of BIM processes and model structure
- english language - level from B1+
- attention to detail, ability to work with drawings and in a team
- openness to learning and professional development

It will be an advantage:

- knowledge of additional Autodesk BIM tools (Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM 360)
- working with Revit Plugins (Dynamo, Enscape, etc.)
- experience creating templates and families in Revit
- ability to read American architectural and engineering drawings
- BIM/VDC experience (model coordination, clash detection, documentation)
- experience communicating with clients

What you will need to do:

- work with models in Revit according to project requirements
- create and update BIM models based on drawings and technical specifications
- ensure accuracy and consistency of models between different sections
- collaborate with colleagues within the project team
- analysis of source documentation
