Responsibilities:
-Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing CRM strategies;
-Promo plan implementation;
-Creating email campaigns that comply with the best current email practices in the industry;
-Content preparation;
-Preparing a technical task for designer and copywriter;
-Performing A/B Testing;
-Working with CRM and CMS systems
-Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making improvement recommendations;
-Analysis and monitoring of the main KPIs and -CRM actions, gathering stats, reporting
Requirements:
-Experience with CRM and CMS systems
-Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON;
-Experience with analytical tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker etc)
-Experience with email automation tools (Customer.io, Optimove, Xtreme push)
-Analytical and strategic thinking skills;
-Data-driven approach;
-Knowledge of analytical tools. Ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues;
