We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Middle/Senior Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Middle Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Key Requirements:
🔹 Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the outstaff companies;
🔹 Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions;
🔹 Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques;
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
🔹 Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools;
🔹 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
🔹 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:
🔹 Proven experience with automation;

What you will do:
🔹 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the role;
🔹 Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates;
🔹 Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience;
🔹 Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers;
🔹 Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates;
🔹 Manage the candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process;
🔹 Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruiting resources to build a pipeline of potential candidates;
🔹 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies;
🔹 Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires as needed;
