Specialist.Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or HR Specialist;
- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- Understanding of IT market specifics and modern sourcing tools;
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing soft skills;
- Hands-on experience with HRM systems (PeopleForce), will be a plus;
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Confident user of Google Workspace;
- Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills;
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude, ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Full recruitment cycle for IT roles (developers, testers, DevOps etc.): sourcing, interviewing, offer stage, onboarding support;
- Close cooperation with company leadership regarding hiring needs;
- Support of HR-related processes: onboarding, adaptation, vacation/sick leave tracking, and employee inquiries;
- Monitoring market and salary trends;
- Participation in the improvement of recruitment and HR processes.
