Associate IT Recruiter
We build things that actually work — and we need someone who can find people who do the same. That’s why we’re opening a IT Recruiter role to help us connect with people who truly fit.
You’ll work closely with our in-house recruiter/HR (that’s me), supporting the full recruitment cycle for technical roles: mainly Full-Stack (Node.js + React), Backend, PM, QA, and Design.
As our projects grow, so will the variety of roles and seniority levels you’ll work with.
At first, you’ll focus on managing inbound candidates: sorting applications, building longlists/shortlists, and keeping our pipeline running smoothly. As we grow, the role will gradually shift towards proactive sourcing and outreach across LinkedIn and other channels, helping us build our own talent pool and strengthen our presence as an employer. Over time, you’ll gradually start owning vacancies end to end — from posting a role to running interviews together with the team and closing offers.
What you’ll be doing
- Review and pre-screen inbound applications from platforms like Djinni.
- Build clear, structured longlists and shortlists.
- Communicate with candidates before the first interview stage.
- Keep our candidate database and statuses up to date.
- Ensure everyone gets a response, even those not moving forward.
- Help us experiment with new sourcing approaches and channels.
- Experiment with new sourcing approaches and channels beyond Djinni.
- Take ownership of selected vacancies and run them from start to offer stage.
- (Later) contribute ideas for improving our hiring process and employer presence.
You’ll fit in if you
- 1.5+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (tech roles)
- Pay attention to context, you can tell who might fit and why.
- Work fast, but don’t compromise on quality.
- Communicate naturally and respectfully — short, human, no corporate tone.
- Are flexible and proactive, not afraid to ask or clarify.
- Prefer structure over chaos, but can handle a bit of both.
- Don’t treat sourcing like mass-hiring, every message and match matter.
Tools we use
- Notion, Google Workspace, Calendly and whatever else makes work easier.
- You’re free to use AI tools for analysis and speed, as long as it’s thoughtful and invisible to candidates.
Work setup
- Full-time, fully remote.
- Based in Eastern European time zone (mostly Ukraine).
- You’ll work side by side with the current Talent Partner, hiring managers are our CEO and CTO, so decisions are quick and direct.
- We keep things transparent, flexible, and low-bureaucracy.

About us
We started back in 2018 as a design agency, and since 2022 we’ve been building our own full-cycle development team.
Our focus is on fintech and crypto-related products — complex, high-load systems where quality and logic really matter.
We work with clients across Asia and LATAM, building trading platforms, copy-trading systems, payment gateway aggregators, and platforms for marketing agents and operations.
We would love to meet someone who sees sourcing as more than keyword-matching — someone who wants to help build meaningful teams and grow into a full talent partner role.
