B2B Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead
Pepsell is a B2B platform that helps manufacturers, distributors, increase sales through mobile loyalty and motivation programs.
Our solutions are already live in 5 countries (Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Moldova, Kazakhstan), and we’re actively expanding across Europe.
We’re looking for an experienced B2B marketer who can build a systematic marketing function from the ground up - from strategy to measurable results.
Role Objective
To build a marketing system that:
- generates qualified B2B leads for the sales team,
- develops Pepsell’s expert brand in the loyalty & motivation programs domain,
- supports European market expansion through an ABM approach, content, and PR.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a hands-on Lead Marketing Manager who:
- has 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS / IT / Loyalty / Martech);
- understands sales funnels and lead generation mechanics;
- has experience working with European markets;
- can build systems - from strategy → to campaign execution → to analytics;
- is comfortable executing tasks directly (content, SMM, ads, email) and managing freelancers;
- speaks and writes English fluently (Upper-Intermediate+) - able to draft content and presentations;
- thrives in a start-up environment where things are done collaboratively with the founder, not through big teams.
Key Responsibilities
A. Lead Generation
- Implement automated lead-nurturing funnels (email, retargeting, Telegram nurture).
- Create lead magnets
- Launch and optimize Facebook / Google Ads
B. Content & Communications
- Manage the Pepsell blog (4 - 8 publications/month).
- Prepare email digests and nurture sequences.
- Plan and execute content for LinkedIn (Pepsell page + founder’s profile) - 2 posts per week.
- Coordinate freelancers (copywriters, designers, video editors).
- Produce case-based posts and short videos about client program launches.
C. PR & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with media (mmr.ua, Marketer.ua, MC.today, Vector, etc.).
- Secure 2–3 publications per month through outreach or PR partners.
- Support the founder’s expert brand (interviews, podcasts, quotes).
- Grow a Telegram community for Pepsell clients and partners.
Work Format
- Remote, full-time position.
- High degree of autonomy - freedom to form a small marketing micro-team (copywriter, designer, PR).
- Direct collaboration with the founder & CEO.
- Opportunity to build the entire marketing function for Pepsell from scratch.
