Position Overview

Orbios is looking for a motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer who will contribute to web application development and support internal operational processes. This role combines hands-on development with workflow automation, documentation, and coordination. Perfect for a student or recent graduate who wants real IT experience while learning how modern product operations work.

Work Format

Responsibilities

Development Tasks

• Develop and maintain web application features with React and TypeScript
• Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Build internal tools and simple automation scripts
• Contribute to MVPs and ongoing product features
• Perform light backend tasks using Node.js

Operational Support

• Create internal processes using AI (SOPs, templates, checklists)
• Automate routine operational tasks via AI or code
• Maintain and update technical and operational documentation
• Support team workflows and structured data management
• Coordinate with team members and partners through digital tools
• Implement simple workflow automation for internal operations
• Generate reports and track operational metrics
   

Requirements

Education

• 4th-year student or graduate of a technical university
• Ukrainian background

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Understanding of React fundamentals
• Willingness to learn Node.js
• Interest in AI-assisted development tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor)

Soft Skills

• High motivation and strong learning potential
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Readiness to combine development tasks with operational support
• English B1+ (written and spoken)
• Long-term career commitment

Nice to Have

• Interest in operations, automation, or workflow improvement
• Experience with administrative tasks or coordination
• Basic understanding of product development processes
   

Compensation & Growth
