As a Talent Researcher, you will contribute to building a robust pipeline of potential instructors for our courses.

You will conduct systematic LinkedIn research, following our well-established strategies and guidelines.


This is a remote position.
 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Follow the developed sourcing strategies to identify potential instructors via LinkedIn and other sources.
  • Establish initial contact with potential instructors.
  • Collaborate with the production and market research teams to understand requirements and refine the instructor profiles.
  • Develop new sourcing strategies.
  • Keep a well-organized record of potential candidates and maintain regular communication.

     

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Researcher.
  • Confident user of LinkedIn as a tool for research and building talent pipelines.
  • Upper-intermediate+ level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-management and initiative.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

 

Nice to have

 

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with AI Tools for Sourcing
  • Comfortable working with different industries (technology, gaming, publishing)
