Sales Development Representative (SDR) to $1200
About the Role
We're looking for a charismatic, results-driven Sales Development Representative who thrives on conversation and loves connecting with people. As our SDR, you'll be the first voice prospects hear from our company, making cold calls to introduce our website creation and website promotion services to potential clients.
If you're energized by picking up the phone, building rapport with strangers, and turning cold leads into warm opportunities, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospect research and list building โ identify and research potential clients who need our services (typically 1-2 hours daily)
- Make 40-80+ outbound cold calls daily to prospects in target industries (volume depends on research workload)
- Engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations about their digital presence and marketing needs
- Send personalized follow-up emails to nurture prospects and move them through the pipeline
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and Facebook โ connect with prospects and engage through social channels
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria)
- Book qualified meetings between prospects and our Sales Manager โ this is your primary goal
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system
- Develop multi-touch outreach sequences combining calls, emails, and social media
- Coordinate calendars to ensure smooth handoffs to the Sales Manager
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistently booking 20+ qualified meetings per month with the Sales Manager
- Maintaining high call activity
- Converting cold prospects into interested leads through compelling conversations
- Ensuring smooth handoffs with complete prospect information and context. Accuracy with CRM and work chats.
Building a robust pipeline of opportunities for the Sales Manager to close
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
- Native or C2-level English proficiency (exceptional verbal and written communication is non-negotiable)
- Genuine passion for talking with people โ you actually enjoy being on the phone all day
- Strong written communication skills for compelling follow-up emails and social media messages
- Experience with prospect research using LinkedIn, Google, ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Comfortable with social selling and building professional relationships on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Resilient personality with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Strong active listening skills and ability to ask insightful questions
- Quick learner who can understand technical concepts about websites and digital marketing
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
6+ months of experience in sales, cold calling, or customer-facing roles (preferred)

What We Offer
- Base Salary: $600/month + Bonuses $600/month on Average. In total: $1200 in case of good performance.
