We’re looking for a creative UX Designer who’s passionate about building seamless, user-friendly fintech experiences that make complex things simple.

About project: А unified platform that integrates diverse crypto services into a single hub for B2B clients, enabling seamless API standardization and turnkey connections to essential tools. We empower fintechs, crypto platforms, and product teams to launch wallets, connect exchanges, integrate AML providers, and manage the full cryptocurrency exchange lifecycle—all through a single, streamlined API integration. Our vision is to become a modular backend platform that embeds effortlessly into any solution.

Project Goals:
MVP development: Build the initial version of a new fintech application.
Marketing website: Create a promotional website to support product launch and early communication with users.
User dashboard: Develop a secure, intuitive interface for end users to manage their accounts and transactions.
Admin panel: Design a management system for internal operations, analytics, and user support.

 Responsibilities:
Product creation: Design and shape the product from the ground up.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Manager to deliver intuitive and visually engaging experiences.
Simplification: Translate complex blockchain and fintech concepts into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
Design execution: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs reflecting both usability and visual excellence.
Market research: Explore market trends, and competitor products to apply best practices in design.

Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in UX/UI  Design.
Domain knowledge: Understanding of crypto and blockchain industries.
Product type: Experience in B2B product design (preferably fintech).
Tools: Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
English: Intermediate or higher.
Soft skills: Strong communication and teamwork, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Portfolio: Showcasing end-to-end design process and examples of mobile and web applications.
