Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who’ll help our team work in sync smoothly, calmly, and without chaos.

Our team brings together 15 specialists: developers, QA engineers, and product folks.

You’ll be the one who connects everyone into a clear system where each person knows what to do and when the next release is coming.

What you’ll do

• Review our current processes and help make them more structured
• Collaborate with management to create tasks for developers and QA engineers
• Keep the team backlog and Jira statuses up to date
• Make sure product documentation is clear and current
• Ensure regular releases and publish release notes on time through Jira automation

You’re a great fit if you

• Have 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in a product or technical team
• Have Intermediate English level or higher
• Feel confident using Jira and know how to build a transparent, organized workflow
• Can prioritize tasks, keep the team focused, and stay in touch with everyone
• Love when things are structured and the team works in a comfortable rhythm
• Care not just about “managing projects,” but about making collaboration smooth and pleasant for everyone

• All tasks have up-to-date statuses
• A stable, predictable workflow is in place
• The backlog is structured and prioritized
• Releases happen regularly, and release notes are published automatically
• The team works calmly, and management has a clear picture of progress
