HR Manager/ Recruiter

Currently we are looking for an HR Manager or a Recruiter who wants to grow into this role

Responsibilities

  • Search for candidates on Djinni, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage candidates throughout the full IT Recruiter process (screening, interviews, soft skills evaluation, offer presentation, and onboarding support)
  • Organize and oversee onboarding for new team members
  • Maintain HR documentation and the employee database up to date
  • Support internal communication and corporate culture initiatives
  • Participate in organizing corporate events and internal activities


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or IT Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of the full IT recruitment cycle and employment regulations
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring: from active sourcing and evaluation to offer and onboarding support
  • Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and candidate analytics
  • Understanding of IT roles and non-technical positions
  • Ability to build trustful relationships with candidates and teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and proactivity
  • English level not lower than Upper-Intermediate
