Support Engineer / Junior DevOps, Product Company Offline

Requirements:

English (intermediate+)

Experience in Linux servers administration

MS Windows 2019 Servers experience is a plus

Basic Internet services/protocols with Linux implementations (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, SMTP(S), FTP, FISH)

Understanding of virtualization technologies' differences, experience with either of modern virtualization solutions' as an advantage

Jira, Zendesk, Zabbix, Grafana

Easy to communicate, easy to learn, an open mind and analytical thinking, attention to details

 

Responsibilities:

Providing the L2 24/7 awesome technical support for the partners (other schedules are also available)

Processing & triaging incoming L2-L3 requests for the technical support service

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues or escalate to another department

Providing prompt and accurate feedback to requesters
