Scrum Master

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. This role is ideal for someone with foundational Scrum experience who is eager to grow and deepen their Agile expertise. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Promote a collaborative and transparent team environment.

Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a related Agile role.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
