Support / Customer Success Specialist

Pitch Avatar is a startup that helps teams and speakers create impressive video presentations using avatars and AI. We’re growing fast and expanding our user base — now we’re looking for someone who will become the voice and face of our product for our clients 
 

What you’ll do:
Handle user and client requests via chat and email
Stay in touch with clients, helping them get the most out of the product
Work on client retention — identify pain points and suggest improvements
Coordinate demo and paid projects with clients
Collect feedback and feature requests, form a backlog, and share it with the product team
 

 What we’re looking for:
Experience in Customer Support or Customer Success, ideally in a product company
Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Passion for technology and interest in AI is a big plus
