Sales Manager (Crypto / Fintech / DeFi) $$$ Offline

Balancify is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to help expand our partnership network across crypto, DeFi, and fintech, open new markets, and contribute to shaping Balancify’s global growth strategy.

 

 

 Your Role

  • Develop strategic partnerships with crypto exchanges, DeFi projects, payment gateways, and fintech companies.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and drive market expansion.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business and product goals.
  • Communicate and coordinate closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to align priorities, go-to-market strategy, and partnership development efforts.
  • Represent Balancify within the Web3 and fintech communities.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of Web3, DeFi, or crypto payments.
  • Proven track record of building B2B partnerships and closing deals.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

 

 Nice to Have

  • Existing network within the crypto / fintech ecosystem.
  • Experience working in startups or fast-scaling environments.
  • Understanding of SaaS and Web3 monetization models.
