Lead Generation Manager (Design Agency) to $500
We’re a fast-moving product design agency that helps startups and tech companies build products people love.
Now we’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager to help us grow our client base and build a consistent inbound and outbound lead flow.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential clients in SaaS, crypto, fintech, and AI industries (via Crunchbase, LinkedIn, Indie Hackers, etc.)
- Collect and organize contact data (decision-makers, company info, notes) in Notion or Google Sheets
- Prepare and send personalized outreach messages to founders, product managers, and marketers
- Manage and update our lead database, follow-ups, and response tracking
- Assist with social selling on X (Twitter) and LinkedIn — commenting, replying, and engaging with founders
- Coordinate with the founder on sales pipeline and schedule intro calls
Occasionally help prepare short summaries or presentation decks for prospects
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in lead generation or outreach (agency, SaaS, or B2B startup background preferred)
- Excellent written English (B2+), confident communication style
- Strong research and organization skills
- Understanding of digital products, UI/UX, or creative services is a big plus
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Notion, HubSpot/Sheets
