We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for our partner, an international IT consulting organization operating across Europe and North America. This position plays a vital role in coordinating and supporting recruitment activities across multiple regions.

Working remotely from Ukraine, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle — from job postings and candidate communication to interview coordination and onboarding logistics.

You’ll work closely with the People and Culture (HR) team and regional leadership to help strengthen our partner’s growing global organization.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

Recruitment Operations

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing calendars and ensuring effective communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Post job openings on the company website, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
  • Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for upcoming and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly recruitment progress reports to senior leadership and the People and Culture team.


Administrative and Coordination Support

  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with recruitment and HR procedures.
  • Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) and prepare summary reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.


HR Assistance

  • Support internal communication and engagement initiatives for remote employees.
  • Contribute to HR-related projects and programs initiated by the People and Culture team.


Qualifications


Required

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher — able to communicate effectively with US-based management and international colleagues.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian.
  • Experience: 1−2 years in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).


Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT, technology consulting, or a similar technical environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.


Location

This is a remote, full-time position based in Ukraine, with daily collaboration across international teams in Europe and North America.


Compensation

The base pay will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
