Acquisition Lead

Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for an Acquisition Lead.
 

Job Purpose: Lead customer acquisition in digital channels. This role involves developing and implementing a yearly plan for new leads. Creating and maintaining lead generation flows and finding new sources and channels. Understand consumer touchpoints and prepare tools for lead generation flows.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure acquisition of consumer to digital channels.
• Develop a yearly acquire plan that aligns with company expectations.
• Activate new channels and find new sources for leads.
• Create acquiring flows for digital platforms. 
• Maintain existing consumer flows and improve user experience.
• Work with agencies and global teams to create assets.
• Prepare briefs and motivation programs for hostess and shop assistant.

• Analyze the effectiveness of each lead channel. 

   

  Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in acquiring leads and understanding customer needs.
• Strong understanding of lead generating process.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data and measure the effectiveness of efforts.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with design platforms (Figma, Canva)

• English Upper Intermediate.
