About the role:
Fourmeta is looking for an experienced Senior PHP / Laravel Developer to join our team and work on scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications for international clients.
You will be involved in both development and architectural decisions, collaborating closely with other developers, designers, and project managers to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
🧩 Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework
- Participate in application architecture design and technical decisions
- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security
- Perform software testing and debugging
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings
- Contribute to improving development processes and code quality
🧠 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with PHP
- Strong knowledge of the Laravel framework
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization
- Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows
- Ability to quickly understand and work with existing codebases
- Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Team player with strong communication skills and willingness to learn
