Product Manager

We are adding another Product Manager to our growing Product team. Product Managers drive product optimization and feature development, from running experiments to making major product decisions. 
Backed by strong analytical skills and business acumen, and inspired both by our loyal community, our PMs develop insights that lead to new ideas and work with our teams to build the next beloved feature.

The Difference You Will Make:

You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, and sales teams to invent new features and capabilities in our products, and you’ll leverage the latest AI and personalization technologies to push the boundaries. 

You’ll also collaborate with operations and global teams to build capabilities that support SOC Prime's strategy, ensuring that our platform remains top-of-mind for customers everywhere.

You Will:

• Own transformation of ideas into well-thought-out concepts;
• Product lifecycle development and management;
• Manage the business priorities within R&D products delivery;
• Creation and explanation of user stories according to the Scrum framework;
• Close collaboration with different business units that support R&D products 
• Working closely with an analyst to create and run A/B tests and determine the best option for implementation;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to optimize the delivery of new features and ensure strong execution in international markets;
• Use data and analytics to measure performance, track user engagement, and define success metrics, including KPIs related to revenue, user adoption, retention, and operational efficiency;

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies for new features and releases.

   

 You Are

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong preference in SaaS delivery;
• 3+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders
• 3+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other disciplines
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment;
• Agile experience in partnerships with engineering teams;
• Strong communication skills and relationship building for a cross-functional team;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Deep customer empathy and the ability to balance global consistency with local relevance & needs
• English level – upper intermediate (minimum).

It Will be a plus:

• Understanding of the cybersecurity field;
• User acquisition experience;
• Startup or rapid team growth experience.
