Account Manager (Germany)

What Weβre Looking For:
βοΈ 2+ years of experience in Sales / Account Management / Customer Success
βοΈ Understanding of B2B sales and the client relationship cycle
βοΈ German and English β at least B2 level
βοΈ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
βοΈ Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented
Responsibilities:
βοΈ Building and maintaining relationships:
Regular communication with key clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
βοΈ Problem solving:
Addressing issues quickly and providing effective solutions.
βοΈ Needs analysis:
Identifying client goals and aligning services to their expectations.
βοΈ CRM management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data and activity records.
βοΈ Reporting:
Preparing concise updates on account progress and results.
βοΈ Strategic planning:
Defining next steps and growth opportunities for each account.
