Account Manager (Germany)

We are currently seeking an Account Manager πŸ’Ό

We are looking for people who want to create more β€” to build a large-scale European project born in Ukraine.

 

What We’re Looking For:

βœ”οΈ 2+ years of experience in Sales / Account Management / Customer Success
βœ”οΈ Understanding of B2B sales and the client relationship cycle
βœ”οΈ German and English β€” at least B2 level
βœ”οΈ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
βœ”οΈ Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented

 

Responsibilities:

βœ”οΈ Building and maintaining relationships:
Regular communication with key clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.

βœ”οΈ Problem solving:
Addressing issues quickly and providing effective solutions.

βœ”οΈ Needs analysis:
Identifying client goals and aligning services to their expectations.

βœ”οΈ CRM management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data and activity records.

βœ”οΈ Reporting:
Preparing concise updates on account progress and results.

βœ”οΈ Strategic planning:
Defining next steps and growth opportunities for each account.
