Junior Lead Generation Manager

IvorySoft - a Ukrainian software company with $1M+ earned on Upwork and 70+ completed projects - is on the hunt for a Lead Generation Manager to join our team and grow with us.
We don’t expect you to know it all - we’ll teach you. But we do expect you to be sharp, proactive, and ready to learn fast.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

Sales tasks:

• Research and collect leads based on given criteria (LinkedIn, email)
• Prepare and update presentations, CVs, and case studies
• Support and track outreach campaigns
• Help with Upwork bidding and communication

✅ We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a high level of English (both written and spoken)
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative
• Wants to grow and learn something new every day

⭐️ Will be a plus:

• Completed sales / recruiting courses
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn or Upwork
• Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles
